Nothing is done when people complain about coworkers talking rudely behind other coworkers backs and don't even think of calling out if you want to keep the same amount of hours that you started with! Plus, I was told and it was advertised on Indeed as the starting rate being $12.56 an hour, but people who were hired after me are getting paid $13.00 to $13.50 an hour, and it's also being said that the starting rate is $13.00 an hour now on Indeed. The management expects you to know EVERYTHING with barely any knowledge or training, and if you don't, you will be put aside so someone else can do it. I quickly learned that if you mess up even once, you will get talked about and held at a different standard. Started working here thinking it'd be awesome because I love animals so much and working with dogs sounded amazing.
